2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins Fuel Rail Relief Cap

The Shibby Engineering 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins Fuel Rail Relief Cap is CNC machined from stainless steel for use on the common-rail fuel system found in 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins diesel trucks.

This fuel rail relief cap replaces the factory banjo-bolt-mounted pressure relief assembly located on the top side of the fuel rail. Over time, the factory relief-valve spring can weaken or fail, allowing fuel rail pressure to relieve prematurely.

Installing this solid rail relief cap eliminates the factory spring-loaded relief function and helps prevent premature rail-pressure loss caused by a worn or failed relief valve.
